Veteran Education Benefits

Veteran Education benefits are meant to help offset the expenses involved in pursuing your education. These benefits may help cover the cost of tuition, books, and housing. As part of the Office of the Registrar, the Veteran Certification Team is available to help veterans and their dependents understand and apply for Veteran Education Benefits. We are dedicated to processing your benefits accurately and efficiently. We look forward to helping you achieve your education goals.

Due to COVID-19 and its related challenges, during our peak processing times, we are experiencing delays in processing G.I. Bill® and/or Hazlewood applications for Fall 2020. If your G.I. Bill® and/or Hazlewood application is still pending and you are approaching the tuition deadline, please be prepared to make other arrangements for payment. Eligible students also have the option of applying for a short-term tuition loan. Visit Tuition Loans on Texas One Stop for more information on how to apply as well as other options. We know these are difficult times and want you to know that we are doing everything we can to help you as quickly as possible. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
