Whether you have questions about billing or need help understanding your financial aid, our team is here to help. Students can schedule an in-person appointment or join the queue for same-day walk-in advising.
Beginning Monday, Feb. 9, Texas One Stop will temporarily relocate our in-person services from MAI 1 to MAI 7, directly across the hall from our current office on the ground floor of the UT Tower. This relocation is anticipated to extend in to the Fall 2026 term.

Visit the UFCU Lounge
Students are welcome to visit the UFCU Lounge, which is part of University Federal Credit Union’s $1 million gift to support Texas One Stop’s operations. “This generous gift will make such a difference in helping our students access the services and support they need through every step of their UT journey,” Jennifer Love, Associate Vice Provost of Financial Aid and Texas One Stop.
