Student Services Budget Committee

The Student Services Budget Committee advises the University administration on the type, level and expenditure of compulsory fees for student services collected at the University. The fees fund non-academic services that enhance students’ educational experience on campus. These fees help support several student services and facilities including University Health Services, the Counseling and Mental Health Center, Recreational Sports, Cap Metro shuttle buses and fare-free access, and Student Government. The Texas Education Code mandates this Committee under Subchapter B, Section 54.514.
