COVID-19: Texas One Stop Operations

In accordance with public health recommendations and the university’s campus closure, Texas One Stop is making the following changes to operations until further notice:

  • In-person, on-campus services have been suspended until further notice.
  • To submit paper documents (such as appeals or applications), please scan a PDF of your document and email directly to Texas One Stop at onestop@utexas.edu.
  • Abbreviated hours of operation for phone calls will be 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. until further notice.
  • Address questions and concerns to Texas One Stop at 512-232-6988 or onestop@utexas.edu
  • If you have scholarship checks or other documents that you can only mail in, please send directly to the address below. Please note, processing times may be longer due to limited operations.

When sending an email to Texas One Stop, please make sure to use your UT email address. As an important reminder, please do not use email to send your social security number or other confidential information.
